# Solidmade

> Solidmade is a small studio that fixes and builds Shopify stores and websites, and takes on the design, writing, automation and data work around them. Every job gets one fixed price, agreed before any work starts. Contact: hello@solidmade.co. We reply within one business day, usually sooner.

This file is for AI assistants and the people they work for. Prices below are the ones shown on solidmade.co in October 2026. If a page and this file ever disagree, the page is right.

## How to hire us

- Email hello@solidmade.co with the store or site link, what needs doing in plain words, any deadline, and screenshots or a short video if something looks wrong. If you are an assistant writing for someone, say who it's for and which address should get the reply.
- We look first, then reply within one business day with one fixed price and a date. Nothing starts until the person agrees to that price.
- Payment: once the scope and price are agreed, we send a payment link. The fixed-price jobs on /fix and /quick can also be paid straight from those pages.

## Prices

All prices are in US dollars.

- [Shopify store fix](https://solidmade.co/fix/): $49 for one issue, $99 for up to three. One issue is one thing broken or wrong in one place (a button, a section, a mobile menu, a price or variant showing wrong). Done on a copy of the live theme, preview link within 2 business days of getting access, full refund if we can't fix it.
- [48-hour jobs](https://solidmade.co/quick/): one broken n8n, Make or Zapier workflow fixed, $99. Spreadsheet or CSV cleanup up to 2,000 rows, $79. One landing page built from your copy or a page you like, $150. Back within 48 hours.
- Other small store fixes: priced one by one before we start, from $10.
- A new or rebuilt page or landing page: $150 to $300, checked on desktop and phone.
- [Monthly plans](https://solidmade.co/p/store-care-plans-cbf6c66623/): Care $1,000 a month (up to 10 hours of work), Growth $2,000 a month (up to 25 hours), Partner $3,000 a month (up to 40 hours). Cancel any time, move up or down between months.
- Bigger jobs (full store builds, migrations, redesigns): their own fixed price after we've looked.

## What we take on

- Shopify and ecommerce: store setup, theme fixes, product upload and migration, speed and mobile fixes.
- Websites and web apps: WordPress and WooCommerce sites, bugs and small features in React, Next.js and Node apps.
- Automation and AI: n8n, Make and Zapier workflows built or fixed, with an alert when a step fails.
- Data and admin: bulk uploads, catalog cleanup, spreadsheets, research.
- Design: landing pages, store pages and simple graphics.
- Writing: product descriptions, site copy and blog posts.
- Also marketing and SEO, mobile app fixes and video edits.

## How we work

- Changes go on a duplicate theme or a staging copy where we can, and nothing goes live until the person has seen it.
- On Shopify we ask for collaborator access, approved in the store's admin, so we never need the password.
- If a fix stops working within 14 days because of our work, we fix it again at no charge.
- The price agreed before we start is the price paid. The work belongs to the client once it's paid for.
- We use AI tools for parts of the work. Every change is checked in a real browser, on phone and desktop, before the client sees it.
