Shopify fixes
Something broken on your Shopify store? We fix it for one fixed price.
A theme bug, a section that stopped showing, an add to cart button that does nothing, a layout that falls apart on phones. $49 for one issue, $99 for up to three.
Pay by card. If we can't fix it, you get your money back.
How it works
2. You approve our access
We send a collaborator request that you approve in your Shopify admin, so we never need your password. We work on a copy of your live theme, so your store stays as it is.
3. You check the fix
You get a preview link within 2 business days of us getting access. Once you're happy, it goes live.
What counts as one issue
One thing that's broken or looks wrong in one place: a button, a section, a menu on mobile, a price or variant showing wrong. New pages, new features or app setups are bigger jobs, and we quote those first.

We refund the full amount.
Do you need my password?
No. Shopify's collaborator access lets us in without your login, and you can remove it any time.
Will my live store change while you work?
No. We work on a duplicate theme and nothing goes live until you've seen it.
Who owns the work?
You do, once it's paid for.
